Offshore Industry Pneumatic Equipment

Offshore

Our company works mostly within the offshore industry, where the use of compressed air driven machinery is extremely commonplace. We have a client that has a real problem with water in their rig air system which is adversely affecting their pneumatic equipment.

We recently refurbished and upgraded a high pressure BOP test bench for this client, which included the replacement of three high pressure air driven pumps. To protect the new pumps we fitted a DO02000S drop out unit to the existing air inlet. The results have been outstanding, and our client is very impressed with the amount of water that is being removed.

The exhaust air coming from the pumps in now effectively completely dry. Our company has been so impressed with the product that we are now fitting them to every piece of pneumatic equipment that we design and build.
